Pedro Samper


Helmed by an ensemble of specialised chefs and service professionals, Mosella prides itself on a team that brings a unique blend of perspectives and expertise. The culinary team is led by Executive Chef Pedro Samper, alongside Senior Sous Chef Edwin Koo and Executive Pastry Chef Eunice Low, they ensuring authenticity, originality, and high-quality gastronomic experiences. A San Sebastián native, Executive Chef Pedro Samper brings over 20 years of experience in Michelin-starred restaurants. His culinary philosophy marries a profound respect for seasonal, sustainably sourced ingredients with unique influences from his extensive years in Asia, enriching every meal with authenticity and a distinctive sense of place. Chef Samper's dedication creates an unparalleled dining experience, where quality, sustainability, and passion unite, capturing the soul of Mediterranean cuisine with an inspired twist.

Amelia leads the commercial strategy for the restaurant and works closely with the culinary team to deliver a world-class dining experience at Mosella. Having been in Singapore for more than a decade, she has been a part of the city’s dynamic and evolving F&B scene.
